SNAP-Ed Program
The Texas Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed), known as Good Food Good Move, empowers eligible individuals to make healthier food choices on a limited budget and adopt active lifestyles. These efforts are designed to prevent obesity and reduce diet-related chronic diseases.
SNAP-Ed collaboratively empowers eligible individuals by connecting them with vital nutrition education, as well as intervention resources and services that will support positive healthy lifestyle changes throughout the state of Texas.
