Join us for Healthy Texan Week

May 4-10, 2026

Healthy Texan Week is a weeklong, statewide celebration designed to promote simple, fun ways Texans can eat well, move more and improve their overall well-being. Community partners, schools, agencies, and organizations of all sizes can register as hosts to receive event materials, instructions and resources to support local activities highlighting healthy lifestyle habits. Participants don’t need to register.

How It Works

  1. Organizations register to become official Healthy Texan Week hosts. Participants don’t need to register.
  2. Hosts receive a tool kit, materials and guidance to help them plan activities.
  3. Hosts implement or promote activities during May 4–10, 2026.
  4. Hosts complete the survey after activities.
