Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) bag cauliflower rice
- 1 white onion, chopped
- ½ lime
- Salt to taste
- Chopped cilantro to taste
Directions
- Mix a bag of frozen cauliflower rice with chopped onion on a sheet pan.
- Roast at 450 degrees for 15 minutes (or until browned).
- Squeeze with lime and top with salt and chopped cilantro.
