Broccoli Salad

This recipe makes a quick, easy, tasty side dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups broccoli (florets or chopped)
  • 1 cup peanuts (dry roasted, unsalted)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or ½ packet sugar substitute
  • 1 cup fat-free salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

This recipe contains nuts.

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the broccoli, peanuts, raisins, and green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the salad dressing, sugar, and vinegar.
  3. Pour the dressing mixture over the broccoli and toss lightly.
  4. Garnish with more nuts and green onion, if desired.
