Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli (florets or chopped)
- 1 cup peanuts (dry roasted, unsalted)
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar or ½ packet sugar substitute
- 1 cup fat-free salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the broccoli, peanuts, raisins, and green onions.
- In a small bowl, mix the salad dressing, sugar, and vinegar.
